The calendar has the following options: 

  • Plan a meeting
  • connect a meeting to a Match, Candidate, Contact, Placement or Job order
  • create a repeating meeting
  • set a warning notification
  • set calendar-type
  • save results of a meeting
  • define needed Resources
  • make an E-mail into a meeting

  1. Personal calendar overview
  2. Your meetings; overview in a list. 
  3. All meetings
  4. Deleted meetings (Administrator only)
  5. Scheduler: check your own calendar next to the calendars of your colleagues. The colleague calendars appear on the left hand menu. Click on the names of the colleagues to make their calendars appear next to yours. Each colleague will be assigned a different colour, for easy viewing.
  6. Shows date or time range of the current overview. Use the < and > to skip to other weeks.
  7. Jump to a week/date in the future
  8. Owner of the calendar
  9. Show a calendar overview for two weeks
  10. Show a calendar overview for a month
