Small changes consent email

Updated over a week ago

This two weekly Carerix release update is a pre-release note. We would like to give you more insights in upcoming changes and give you the opportunity and time to prepare/adapt to upcoming feature release. In two weeks from now this update will be live.

Consent Email template - small changes

With the enforcement of the GDPR on the 25th of May we have experienced that most of you intensified your efforts to become - more - GDPR compliant. The email templates are a key feature in the process of cleaning up your database as they allow you to easily ask for the consent of a candidate and automate the replies. Your first feedback immediately has been used to adapt the flow a little bit.

Initial consent vs renewed consent
With the introduction of the email templates we took best practice flow that made distinctions between mainly the NO answer in case of initial or renewed consent.
To make the flow easier to understand and more predictable we decided to register the NO in the same way. A 'no' will always address the table item for legal ground with the 'NoConsentTag'. If you want to know more about the email templates, please refer to our knowledge base article 'Email Templates YES / NO consent links'

These changes apply since Tuesday 29th of May and are backwards compatible with already sent emails. There is no need to re-send the emails.

Disable option to create candidate by copy/paste profile

To give our customers more flexibility in how they work with GDPR there was a wish from several stakeholders to be enabled to choose whether its possible or not to use create candidate option number three (copy paste profile page.

In release 200 a setting will be added that will disable this option. Changing the YES into NO will disable the parsing option:

New release of the 'Doelgroepen Dashboard' (Dutch only)

The Target Groups Dashboard offers 24/7 unlimited real-time data on professional groups, the market and vacancies in the Netherlands. This enables corporate organizations and recruitment agencies to request target group information for each function and at the same time manage expectations in an adequate fashion. Thanks in part to the feedback and the surprising insights of users in the past year, Intelligence Group and Jobdigger have improved the updated dashboard in a number of areas.

Learn more about the updates and the possibilities of this super hot tool - that is integrated in the Carerix platform - on the website of the Intelligence Group (Dutch only!)
