Can I change this?

A User can send a password reset link to the Candidate, this link is only valid for a limited time. The link is valid the day it was sent, so it expires at midnight on the day it was send. It's not possible to lengthen this period.  

When a Candidate requests a password reset link in the portal, it's only valid for the same day.
