Flipbase is a - in Carerix - tool that allows you to present your candidate in a 30 second pitch in image and sound to your clients.
The tool can be integrated in your application form on your website as well as sent from Carerix in invitation templates for video interviews for your Candidate.
The result of the video can be used in your workflow and the Candidate-file in Carerix, adding extra (nonverbal) information, next to the candidate CV.
his creates a more extended presentation of your Candidate to your Client.
Invite candidate for an interview/pitch
There are three ways to invite Candidates for an interview or a pitch through Flipbase:
From the match (1 on 1 to a candidate):
Go to 'Files' | 'Matches' and open the match
Set correct stage
Click [Save]
Select Flipbase e-mail template
Edit e-mail template if necessary, send invitation to candidate.
Match (send from match to multiple candidates):
Go to 'Files' | 'Job orders' and open the job order
Click tab Matches
Select the matches that need to receive an invitation
Click the [envelope icon] 'Select e-mail'
Select the Flipbase e-mail template
Edit e-mail template if necessary, send invitation to Candidate.
Bulk to multiple candidates from Candidate/Matches overview:
Go to 'Files' | 'Candidates'
Select the candidates that need to receive an invitation
Click the [envelope icon] 'Select e-mail'
Select the Flipbase e-mail template
Edit e-mail template if necessary, send invitation to candidate.
When the candidate receives the invitation, he or she can click the link in the e-mail template and is sent to the Flipbase website, where they can record their video.
The recording can be reset as many times as preferred, saved, and sent to Carerix.
Video recording
The video recording is compatible with all browsers, tables and smartphones. After recording the video, Flipbase will add the video automatically to Carerix as an attachment in the Candidate/Match-file, and add it to the Flipbase group. This group is triggered so the Owner of the candidate will receive a notification e-mail.

The Carerix user can play the video through:
The Candidate preview in the list of candidates now shows a Flipbase link (which shows the most recent Flipbase video for the candidate, whether it has been added to the Candidate attachments or the Match attachments tab.
The Attachments-tab in the Candidate-file or the Match-file by clicking the file.
This opens a new tab in which the candidate video can be seen.
