It is possible to get the error message: "The requested application was not found on this server" when you are working with Carerix. This can have several causes that are described below.

When logging in into Carerix

  • You try to log in into Carerix and you get the error message above.

    Solution: This looks like the application is temporary unavailable. It is likely that the application will work again within 5 minutes. When this is the case have your Administrator contact our Customer Success Team. (Through the calamities-phone number when it's outside of office hours). 

When working in Carerix

  • You are working in Carerix and you get the error message.

    Solution: This looks like the application is temporary unavailable. It is likely that the application will work again within 5 minutes. When this is the case have your Administrator contact our Customer Success Team. (Through the calamities-phone number when it's outside of office hours).

When making a report, export of data, or when sending a bulk mailing

  • You are creating a report; exporting a lot of data (to Excel or alike) or send a bulk mailing when you get the error message.

    Reason: This seems like that the part of the Carerix application that deals with these reports and bulk activities is not available. Most of the time this problem occurs when the system is overloaded due to large amounts of data.

    Solution: Wait 5 minutes before you try again. Than split the selection in smaller parts that contain maximum 2000 files.
