The strength of Carerix is compiling complex search filters. You save search filters in a search profile. A saved search profile is visible to yourself. You share search profiles with other users if you have enough user rights. You share search profiles with groups of users. 

The Administrator decides who can share search profiles.

Method

Sharing an existing search profile

  1. Select a search profile.
  2. Save... (next to Search profile: New search profile).
  3. Check the box Available for other users.
  4. Select the user group(s) for the search profile.
  5. Save.

Sharing a new search profile

  1. Create search lines.
  2. Save.
  3. Enter an appropriate name.
  4. Check the box Available for other users.
  5. Select user group(s).
  6. Optional: Check the box Default search profile.
  7. Save.

Changing an existing search profile

  1. Select a search profile.
  2. Change search filters/criteria
  3. Save... (next to Search profile: New search profile).

Note:
For Administrators: when the search profile has been shared with other user roles, the change will also be saved for other user roles. - For Not-Administrator user roles: when the search profile has been shared with other roles already, the change will not be saved for other users. Only the Administrator can make a change on all levels.
