If you need to create multiple templates for a certain function (or multiple functions with the same requirements) you can use job order templates.
The fields that you fill in in the template will automatically be adopted in the new job order.

Method

Use job order templates as follows.

1. Create template job order

  1. Go to 'Files' | 'Job orders';
  2. Click [New] to create a new job order template;
  3. Choose a company;
  4. Choose a contact;
  5. Choose the option [Create an empty job order record];
  6. Fill out the template to your liking;
  7. Go to block 'General', selection option 'Settings'
    select the option "Template job order";
  8. Click [Finish];
    The Job order template is created.

2. Use job order template

  1. Go to 'Files' | 'Job orders';
  2. Click [New] to create a new job order;
  3. Choose a company;
  4. Choose a contact;
  5. Click the option [Create a copy from a Job order template (search)];
  6. Choose the template that you want to use;
  7. Continue the steps.
