Functionality Is not available in the Standard Edition & Recruitment Edition.

A Placement is created after a Candidate is hired by a Company.

The Placement module offers you the possibility to: 

Screen overview

In the screenshot above, you see the Screen Overview of the Placements.

  • Tab 'My Placements';
    Here you will find a placement overview of all your personal Placements
  • Tab 'Placements of my office';
    Here you will find all placements off your Offices
  • Tab 'All Placements';
    Here you will find all Placements
  • Tab 'Archived';
    Here will find an overview of all "deleted"  Placements
  • Search Rules;
    You can use the saved Search rules to search
  • Search;
    By using Search you will be able to search placements more quickly
  • [+ New]
    Click on [+New] to create a new Placement
  • [Print]
    Click on [Printer] to print the Placement list
  • [Select E-mail]
    Select the E-mail Template you want to use

    When the button [Select E-mail] option is not available, no E-mail templates are made available for Placements, please contact your Administrator
  • [Select Report]

    (When the button [Select Report] option isn't available, no Document templates are made available for Placements, please contact your Administrator)
  • To be able to edit a Placement, you will need to open it by double-clicking¬†
