When you have signed the contract with Carerix and have chosen for the Starter Package your implementation will follow a series of fixed steps. The first step starts within a week after signing the contract. Your account manager will align with the Carerix Projects team to form an implementation team. Within Carerix this team will guide your organization to a successful GoLive with Carerix. The Projects team also provides support during the implementation. A project manager will be assigned to your implementation to be your contact and manage the implementation team.

In this first phase the project manager will coordinate these actions:

  1. The project manager plans a kick-off call with your organizations contact for the implementation.
  2. The project manager sends information about the implementation and about Carerix by email. Please read this email carefully and make sure all the key users do the same.
  3. The key user and the project manager will finalize the planning of the three days on-site.
  4. A call with a technical consultant about the import of data (in case this is in scope of the implementation) is planned
